So, 3D World is really not moving consoles

keyword holidays. pretty sure that contributed to the increase in sales more than 3d world did.

At this point it would be speculation. Without 3D World there was basically nothing to buy other than WW HD, Wii Sports Club (which is only from the Eshop), Wii Fit U (only Eshop I belive). Talking about popular franchises here, stuff like Monster Hunter and Pikmin don't really sell that well.

it would be speculation on both our parts. systems always gets boost in the holidays especially Ninty systems. People buy presents, there are all kinds of deals, bundles. We might have to agree to disagree at this point.
