I've been to Europe a few times. I have to say, their internet infrastructure is as bad as the United States. Out of the countries being launched Japan and Korea have one of the best infrastructure in the world. They will have no problem streaming games through their devices. However, Not sure if Japan and Korea are interested in past games. Out of all the countries i would rank the United States as the highest with interest in stream old games, second will be Europe.
