PSV sold only ~90k (USA-December2013) - Where is the PS4 effect?

In all seriousness who has money for a PS4+ games at launch and a Vita (+ MC and games presumably)
And dont expect 100m PS4 sales to push more than 10m PSV sales, and thats me being optimistic
