I agree to an extent but I think it was more than just an accident - Nintendo stuck gold with Wii Sports but it was still a calculated thing - they knew what they were doing and luckily it came off. Sometimes these things work and sometimes they don't. With Wii U and Nintendo Land they misjudged things badly and it backfired on them.

they were to lazy. but atleast they tried, and nintendo will try it again next gen. its nintendos way, they took great risks all of the time.
