And which one of those Western IP ever sell more than 1 million in Japan? *crickets*
Japan is still primarily a Japanese developer driven market, that's the reality of the situation, and it's a situation that's veering more towards portable gaming, not less.
The numbers back this up, we get sales every week from there, I don't need a survey of like 100 people to tell me what the market there is like.
