If they are a good developer as people claim their should of known how much longer it needed to polish the game up. Usually a second delay is unneeded, usually when they delay it a second time after a short delay it means they ran into a game breaking bug, or they were being too ambitious for the games own good (Though this is unlikely since it is a seasoned developer.) So its more then likely a bug that needs to be expunged from the code, especially since the release date went from a firm date to TBA, since gamebreaking bugs sometimes require rewritting a nice block of code.
