Actually these weeks Vgchartz says the PS3 is outselling the Xbox360 weekly by more than a 4x factor in France.

So vgchartz is undertracking 360 and overtracking PS3 in France then.

Compared to GfK vgchartz numbers are overtracked for all all three, Wii by the most, 360 & PS3 by about the same. By how much exactly depends on which week the GfK numbers are from. My best guess, W/E 16th February:

France 16th February 2008:

Console Weekly Total

WII: 31,555 1,617,346 (+ 147k)
PS3: 13,167 649,835 (+ 20k)
360: 2,776 629,655(+20k)

Edit:

Actually seeing as the article says PS3 passed 360 during Valentine week then this data is unlikely to be from that week, and more likely to be from the following week.

France 23rd February 2008:

Console Weekly Total

WII: 26,173 1,643,519 (+174k)
PS3: 11,999 661,834 (+32k)
360: 2,609 632,264 (+22k)

Wii seems to have been overtracked, but I actually believe the problem isn't in the 2008 sales, but it is in 2007 numbers. Vgchartz has Wii's LTD at the end of 2007 at around 1.4M, while we received a report that Wii sold just over 1M in 2007. Combining it with the December 2006 launch month means Wii was probably close to 1.2M at the end of 2007, so it is 200k higher than GFK at that point.
