More relevant: I don't see any games or game developers that show or express that they have been influenced in any way by the Uncharted series.

The Tomb Raider reboot definitely has some Uncharted influences.

OT: I guess it's possible that Uncharted is a bigger franchise in today's market but there's no telling how long it'll last. First of all, I'm not sure Naughty Dog will want to make Uncharted games forever. Second, unlike Zelda games, the Uncharted games all play in a very similar fashion, after a while it can cause a certain fatigue (see God of War: Ascension).
