I was actually expecting more rubbing and less card game.  Hence the "and now I kinda want it".

Really? You know that every scandalous bit that gets "reported" on is entirely overblown and exagerrated for reaction and attention.

You tap (you can rub, but tapping works better) cards to evolve them to a higher form. That's the only part of the game where it comes up. The gameplay is what is shown in the video.
