But I don't know how they'll deal with brake and accelerator given that WiiU uses digital triggers.

I already said it in a similar thread, but they could also opt for the original classic controller, that one has analog triggers.

Are you sure about that?

"Unlike what was previously thought, the triggers are not analogue, they are just buttons. and thus will offer no precision acceleration and braking in racing games. thus the only option remaining would be the right analogue stick."

Yeah, I'm talking about the original one, not the update.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Classic_Controller

The Classic Controller is plugged into the Wii Remote in order to be used. It features two analog sticks, a D-pad, face buttons labeled "a", "b", "x" and "y", similar to that of a standard SNES controller. Analog shoulder buttons labeled "L" and "R", and two digital "Z" buttons (labeled "ZL" and "ZR") are located more closely to the center axis on their respective sides. It also has a set of "–", "Home" and "+" buttons like those on the Wii Remote, with the "–" and "+" buttons additionally labeled "Select" and "Start", respectively. The body of the Classic Controller measures 6.57 cm (2.59 in) tall, 13.57 cm (5.34 in) wide, and 2.6 cm (1.0 in) thick.

Currently thinking on buying one. They could become priceless in the future :P

fuck i got the pro versions and they don't have anlog triggers. But oh well not like you really need them.

Growing up playing tribes on PC and using the space bar for skiing tought me well for digital lol.
