How would a Nintendo FPS be like?

The Metroid Prime series is over and I'd like it to stay that way, and like I said, Metroid Preme is first person adventure, not shooter. 

Metroid Prime is a first person adventure only because they took a shooter and added stuff to it.  If you wanted just a shooter that would mean simply making a game with LESS.  I don't really get why anyone would want that.  But I guess I've never been into just the shooting part and a lot of other people are, so if people want nothing more than bullets I suppose that's up to them.
