See my sig for my games list for games I'd recommend on Wii U. They are mostly also mentioned in this thread.
I'd pick ZombiU as one of my favorites so far, SMB3DW is amazing, as are many others. (a few on my game list are ones really only for my kids like skylanders/justdance/etc... so i don't recommend those unless its your cup of tea)
