Was it the right verdict?  I don't know and neither do you.  The details of the complaint haven't been released and no one in this thread seems to be a patent lawyer.  All I was doing was making light of a PR statement.  Frankly, I'm a bit sick of people acting like I just stabbed their cat.  I simply poked fun at a multi-billion dollar corporation's choice of words.  Anyone who genuinely gets angry over that needs to go find their happy place and deal with it.  Nintendo's feelings will be fine, I promise you.

So you're saying the overreactions by tender fans are the fault of the person who offended them?  Even if those overreactions were beyond what was expected?  Noted.
