Whers the smash bothers wii channel and how do i download daily level???

I think you were thinking of the Mario Kart channel. I've never heard of a Brawl channel. And spectator mode for some reason becomes available to most people 24 hrs after they first go on wi-fi.....not sure why really......mayhaps when the server issues are fixed, it'll work fine.
