Maybe, but India has a huge population too and its not anywhere near being a top market for consoles.
If we compare the percentage of population of India living with less than $2 a day, its 68.7%. China is much better, with 29.7% living with less than $2 a day, but 71.6% live with less than $5 a day, So, 28.4% live with more than $5 a day in China. That's still a huge amount of people, so China could be a huge market, but just not as huge as most people think.
