Sorry to be the one to break it to you, but there's no chance that Playstation NOW, PSVita TV and remote play will boost sales anywhere near enough to do that.  It's like you think it's possible that the Vita will outsell the 3DS now because of it.  "PS Vita yearly sales 30m+ confirmed"?

It have more vitality than one would guess.
