If it failed...then why did you feel the need to state that you weren't going to finish reading it? You could've just moved on. They are certain people enjoy their games, but Nintendo has an issue and they aren't just talking about Xbox Live and PSN in the article but Nintendos development decisions and the fact that the console is on par with last gen consoles and struggles even then to make current gen games at times. There are many problems at all angles that Nintendo needs to overcome. Now you're saying "Let everyone enjoy their games" and no one would ever want to get in the way, but this is something that Nintendo needs to hear. They need the industry to get them to open their minds. They are a great corporation but their stubbornness is known world wide. They need to humble themselves and start opening their mind to possibilities so everyone can be happy on their console. You say "Let everyone enjoy their games"...I totally agree. Let Nintendo have the best chance possible to impress as many people as possible. First party is a walk in the park for them so why not work on where they are weakest? |
Nintendo can't beat the bias of third party developers. Don't get me wrong, a lot of that bias is Nintendo's fault from mistakes they made years ago. There's really not that much they can do to convince them now. They should just advertise their console and games better and perhaps invest more money in the game industry.
