lets all note they stole / took the idea of the patented camera they paid 15million $ in damages and now there paying 1.82% of each 3ds sold to this date and the future sold and its estimated they will be paying a few more big checks to toemto because of other things they "borrowed" without giving any money back for them using the patent.
which right now as it stand 40million 3ds's were sold so they lost 182m+ 15m= 197m... thats quite a bit :d
