Pizza hut has revenues of $5.7 Billion (2012).  $1 million growth in sales is 0.02% increase.

When they say "unbelievable growth", they must mean unbelievably crap.

You make it sound so easy.. . You should sell your ideas to get sales worth up to 3 million dollar a year.. Every company would hire you.. Or do you just snap your fingers to make money magicly appear?

No not at all, but it's a matter of perspective.  For an individual or a small business 3 million of sales is a huge deal.  For a multi-billion dollar company a 3 million dollar project is small and not thinking big enough.  They need ideas that are 10 or 100 times bigger.

Same as if you're a professional who earns $100,000, an idea that gives earns you an extra $50 a year is not "unbelievable growth".
