Hm, that screenshot on the left looks neat, with the really wide square playfield instead of the tall rectangle. But I only have 2 DS's, so if I'm ever in a group of 3-6 people who want some Tetris, I will gladly shell out $5 for this at once. But until then, Tetris DS will do just fine.
