You're not boring, you're just socially awkward. Go out, talk to some people, say whatever the hell you feel like. Some things will be awkward, creepy or unfunny, some will be funny and interesting. Figure out what works and what doesn't.
For some of us, socializing is like training for a sport or profession, or leveling up in an RPG. Building experience through practice is everything.
