If PS4 can stream games like The Last of Us imagine what Xbox Live cloud can do! Imagine playing a game that maxes out the Xbox One while added graphics like The Last of Us on top of that. Assuming the PS4 doesn't use cloud to boost game performance and pixels, surly the Xbox One can do better graphics than the PS4. This isn't even a question. As long as you have a good internet connection this should be easily possible. Microsoft's secret sauce is starting to taste good homies.

It doesn't work like that dude.  There is no tech for mixing a game running locally with a server streaming video.

Xbox Live cloud is not much different than the hosting that Sony and other publishers use.  The only difference is MS pays for it with Xbox Live Subscriptions.

Yes, actually there is and it's already been demonstrated.

I've seen nVidia's technology for doing global illumination, but they can get away with a higher latency in lighting updates.

However that is using very expensive high performance GPU compute servers.

Has MS even said anything about GPU's in their cloud servers?  You can't do much graphics rendering on some Xeon server virtualized to give a fraction of the CPU time to each instance.
