That game doesn't even look that much better than a current gen game, if Titanfall is supposed to show the capabilities of the Cloud to make X1 games look better, then that's real sad.

Its gonna be used for AI, lighting and other stuff. The AI in the game are not going to be like AI in any other game. Plus microsoft has more projects that will use the cloud aswell. It is just starting. Games will use the cloud for other purposes.

Total BS and MS lies. What happens when you play forza offline? No one will use cloud at all when the system can be played offline. IT is pointless and would fracture a games userbase, and cloud is only really good for background tasks streaming.

I think you have it wrong. When you play and are connected to XBL, your Driveatar is recording how you play the game and storing that AI character online. When someone plays Forza and connect to XBL your Drivetar can be download as a driver in your game. If you never connect to XBL then your game just load up the developers drivetars on the disk.

That's mininmal nothing is stopping anyone company from doing that anytime. In fact it's been done, if thats the power of the cloud MS is talking about then Ok I guess.

You are correct, nothing is stopping any company from having their own server running all the time gather info and pushing out content. The fact that MS give developers this resource for free is the key. Its something developers can rely on as a resouce they can use that they do not have to pay for. They can also rely on the other services that MS cloud platform delivers without them having to manage that server as well. For big companies not that big of a deal but still good, for smaller devs, its a big deal because margins can be small so having it free is a big incentive to use it.
