Damn that is bad i can get a better connection for cheaper in Poland. In the U.S. i have a 30Mbps d/l and 2Mbps upload.

 well, they do claim it's 5mbps d/l, but since I've never gotten anywhere CLOSE to that number, what's the point?

Yea i rarely get the Max advertised but i come close so i don't complain.  I want to get Fios but not available in my area yet.
