Well.....Gears of War, Bioshock (even with simultaneous PC version released), Mass Effect. Just a few new IPs in the early years of last gen that sold a fair amount of consoles.
Actually the reality is that new IPs sell better early in the gens and ones released near the end of a gen sell less.
Xbox: Best hardware, Game Pass best value, best BC, more 1st party genres and multiplayer titles.
