Famitsu data from David Gibson

3DS - 188.000
PSV - 83.000
Wii U - 61.000 (71k last year)
PS3 - 41.000

WiiU down YoY, very alarming. 3DS also down.

I think we might see sub 10k levels again for the WiiU.

I really don't think so.  This time last year it was the Wii U's 4th week on sale, so it was still shiny and new, and you'd expect demand to be inflated.  This year, the drop from the begining to middle of January will be less pronounced.  DKTF is in about a month and that should keep sales from dipping too low, and then Mario Kart should probably keep it above that point for the rest of the year.  I don't think being down by about 10,000 over the system's fourth week on the market is anything to be worried about.

The 3DS will on the other hand will be down YOY.  Unless Nintendo has something really out of left field, or another new model that's not the 2DS, it's hard to see any other result.  Last year had Monster Hunter, Pokemon, still newish Animal Crossing, Zelda, Luigi's Mansion, etc.  The only really big game we have for Japan is Smash, but I'm not sure if that will really boost hardware.  Being down YOY in Japan is not the end of the world though if Nintendo can offset that with US and European sales.
