Would love to hear the reasoning behind these predictions. Considering the info we had regarding Sony's production rates and their internal estimates/targets.

There isn't any reasoning. I was just expecting Sony to meet the demand in the areas they lauched the hardware, since they didn't lanch it  in Japan.
