I was pleasantly surprised by 49 Days. The main character dies shortly before her wedding day because of a car accident caused by another woman's suicide attempt, but since she wasn't supposed to die yet she's allowed to use the suicidal woman's body (only when that woman is sleeping) to find three non-relatives in her life who actually loved her. If she succeeds, she can come out of her coma. If she fails, she dies, whether it's her time or not. Of course, she's not allowed to tell anyone who she actually is either, 'cause that'd be cheating.
It's fun to see how she wasn't as important to many of the people around her as she thought, and to see how some of the people she thought were closest to her were actually scheming to backstab her had she lived. It's twenty episodes long, but I found it a pretty pleasant ride after the first episode (which covers a lot of important things, but their importance isn't particularly clear until later).
