There will definitely be a lot of complaints and most probably it's not Sony's fault but they are not necessarily innocent in this case.

There will be complaints no matter what.  People are complaining now and the service isn't even live yet.

But there will also be complaints because Sony can't change your internet access, as easy as this. It's not about liking anything or being a fan of a company but hard facts of how technology works.
