And since it depends on your internet speed, I am guess that is what will make the difference between latency and you gaming looking good vs looking like ass.. I hope it goes well cause I would love to play Playstation games on my phone/tablet but I am quite doubtful until NA upgrades its shitty internet infrastructure

25mbps is probably more than enough.  I have 16mbps, and streaming HD movies are a lot better quality than live cable TV.  Datacap will be a problem.
