That would be smart and reduce a lot of expences with different divisions and strategies.... but I still think TV and Game division are separated.

They are but this could be the start of a "merger". I don't think it will be as good as it looks though. It depends on bandwith... Imagine playing one of your games and you lose connection... You won't be able to play the game right? I think it will get better with time though.
