People need to stop using this as an excuse, Xbox One is available in countries that make up at least 80-90% of Xbox 360 sales. USA+Canada+Mexico+UK+France+Germany account for 77% of 360 sales, when u add up Austria, Australia, New Zealand, Spain, Ireland, Brazil, Italy (other counries One is available in) then u can safely assume that brings the total up to 80-90%. Based off that we can assume One would be about 3.5m if released in all territories.
Another thing to take into account is PS4 has yet to release in Japan, which has 10-20% of PS1/PS2/PS3 sales. Its safe to assume it will do the same for PS4 which could push sales up to about 5m.
