That might explain why there are still shortages all around in US and EU.

Sony blew all its supply last for hollydays and small territories. May be that is smart, can´t see demand high for the first semester.

But we will only know in the next quartely report in May.

Ehh, I recall you saying recently that PS4 is probably overtracked, cause shipments to Europe are anecdotally reported to be low, and you can't see it doing numbers in line with VGC. Seems you were wrong. In my opinion will be wrong again with the bolded part. So my question is, when will you stop?

Yes, I think it is overtracked WW or Sony might also overtraking its sales in small territories.

It might surprise you but companies treck their sales very similiar as VGChartz does. They only know how much they produce and ship.

I said VGChartz numbers might be low for UK, EU and US (NPD may be a surprise, even with shortages). For months everthing pointed to 5mi units until March. We saw the Sony strategy in going to a big splash in pre-orders, followed by slow weeks.

I don´t think demand will be strong in the first quarter and semester, for any console, the hardcore market has already been saturated. That´s is why I think Sony strategy was to win a lot of  global sales (again, they might not be sure if they sold all their supply in India, S. Africa or S. America...) and waite until next semester with new games.

Again, only financial reports will show.

PS: I will stop when ethomaz stops, we brazilians never give it up.

PS2: It dosen´t matter being wrong as long you are consistence in your analisys - Nate Silver.
