bad idea because that basically means either the game has to be identical to PS3 version, or if they do spend time and money making it different they wont earn a penny from it which wont happen.
They need to make the vita games different to ps3 and make them worth paying for, for example make a killzone real time strategy game or an uncharted telltale game, or a god of war action rpg like diablo.
