A fluke? No. Nintendo moved on towards Wii U development. 3 years and no 1st party software released on the Wii and they still can't touch 2010 Wii numbers. Does that sound like victory to you?
Re: disc formats; PS1 and PS2 profits are all gone. PS3 was the cause of that. Was it really worth it?
Sony earlier in 2013 was denied a bailout from the Japanese government.
