The biggest gains will be seen on PC's that are CPU limited, draw cells suck the life out of CPU performance, which then bring down the GPU performance as the GPU isn't being fed fast enough.
Thus the lower clocked AMD CPU's should see some nice gains and thus be more competitive with Intel.
