By 2015/16 it will become evident just how important the cloud is. And how much of an advantage it is to Microsoft. I believe this will be the most important factor this generation. 2nd being multimedia function.
Gamers will be a massive minority in terms of voice by 2017. And this is the last gen where just a games console will sell.
