I'm sure I did... dozen of time here... you just missed but can look at my post history.
BTW if this game have a offline mode it will run everything in the Xbone's hardware... no Cloud will be used or needed... maybe they are using the Cloud for development that but it is not anything new because a lot of devs uses Servers Farm to offload the processing.
Edit - The Cloud itself is not even close to anything new
