You have to go to that particular shop in the city mentioned in the ad. It's not nation wide. Op = Op means as long as supplies last.

Upon closer inspection, the sale was only today the 5th. The shop closed at 7pm (the sale lasted one sunday) wich was 3 hours ago, so this is hardly the bad news people want to pass it as.

Wish i had caught that sale though. This is meaningless upon the spectrum though. Means nothing.

No, it means something, not everything, but deffinetly not nothing.

It was a store's opening sale. Probably wasnt the only one. As i said, in the big spectrum this means nothing. Means that something like 30 to 50 Wii U's got sold.

Its definitly not a clearance sale like some believed. If it was i would be getting me a Wii U tomorrow. lol

You seem to be missing the fact that the retailer used the Wii U as a sacrificial lamb to get people into the store.  Did they lower the PS3 to 99e, no, because the PS3 will move at (or close to) full price.

That means "something".

Sacrificial lamb? Does that mean that they had the least to lose by discounting it?

You are beeing ridiculous. If there was a PS3 rebate, it wouldnt make the news cause Nintendo is the fun company to shout DOOM at.

There is no inventory to go through when its the opening of a new shop. Your insistance in trying to convince people that this is a bad sign for Nintendo is questionable at best. Again... this is nothing. This is just an opening sale, for one day. The Wii U was surely not the only item in discount, or do you think everyone went to the shop just for the Wii U?

End of the line, 30-50 Wii U's got sold. I would say that is more positives than negatives. This could have had the sponsorship of Nintendo BE aswell.

But i guess you dont want to listen to reason. Go on, keep shouting your doom's. I dont think its logic and common sense that will stop you now.
