You seem to be missing the fact that the retailer used the Wii U as a sacrificial lamb to get people into the store. Did they lower the PS3 to 99e, no, because the PS3 will move at (or close to) full price. That means "something". |
Sacrificial lamb? Does that mean that they had the least to lose by discounting it?
You are beeing ridiculous. If there was a PS3 rebate, it wouldnt make the news cause Nintendo is the fun company to shout DOOM at.
There is no inventory to go through when its the opening of a new shop. Your insistance in trying to convince people that this is a bad sign for Nintendo is questionable at best. Again... this is nothing. This is just an opening sale, for one day. The Wii U was surely not the only item in discount, or do you think everyone went to the shop just for the Wii U?
End of the line, 30-50 Wii U's got sold. I would say that is more positives than negatives. This could have had the sponsorship of Nintendo BE aswell.
But i guess you dont want to listen to reason. Go on, keep shouting your doom's. I dont think its logic and common sense that will stop you now.
