Wow, so many words but so little informations in this article. They didn't even bother to include specific sources. They neither state the exact level the acceptance of those substances will be raised to (instead linking to the main page of the EPA), nor which substances are actually affected by this. The chart also is completely useless, as it doesn't contain a legend of any sort, besides "Wave Height (cm)". Crappy article.
