Oh I did say for a blockbuster... Alan wake is not one... Release COD 2 years later on PC I doubt it will captivate many crowds.. Now I'm sure QB would sell on PC even later.. But will it be still hyped enough by then to motivate MS to invest money into a port since it's their IP is an other story... Alan wake didn't do so hot on xb porting it could only massively improve revenue... If QB does very well on console the marginal gain of PC port might not warrant the investment and more importantly dev time... Compared to making a QB2 or a AW2 even..
anyway I don't really care good for PC gamers if they do, heck they could even port or to PS I wouldn't care... It's just that I'm not so sure they will do it...

You are still confusing what you personaly want for the realities of the market. Plenty of people prefer PC gaming to consoles. On an aside COD sells like shit on PC even launching along side the console versions (the last entry to sell well on PC was 4 ever since then it has been on a steep decline) lol, yet Activision still put it out on PC every year. If Alan Wake made a profit after all those years on PC I see no reason why Quantum Break wouldn't, I mean Alan Wake was hardly a hit on X360 in fact it kinda bombed at launch and only a long tail and MS heavely bundling it really moved many copies by the end of 2011 the X360 version had sold an estimated 1.4m, then a few months after the PC version Remedy announced it had sold 2 million on both platforms combined and this year they said it had sold almost 3 million, so it probably sold almost as much (if not more) on PC as it did on X360. As for dev time well they outsourced the Alan Wake port so that isn't really an issue and even then the port took 5 months with a team of 5 devs hardly a large investment. They could pay for the port with the revenue from the Alan Wake PC sales.
