What's the point of no return for WiiU?

So when 2D Mario was hailed as the Nintendo system seller everyone was wrong because the Wii u came out with a lot of 2D Mario in the first year. But it basically only had this one game for almost one year and it wasn't innovative and didn't feel fresh again like most other Mario games.

Nintendo Land did only sell because it was bundled. Pikmin 3 and The Wonderful 101 aren't appealing to a mass audience.

Now we have two games with appeal to Western audiences (NBMBU and SM3DW) and three games for the Japanese (NSMBU, SM3DW and Wii Party U).
