So yeah, I think Remedy will beg Microsoft to put Quantum Break on PC

It's hard to say either way. It probably all depends on how well it sells on Xbox One. If it's a hit you probably won't see it on PC as they'll keep it exclusive to entice gamers. If it has mediocre sales they'll likely release it on PC to try to at least break even on it.
