Because the guy in the video is not playing GT6.
And no... you can't... I challenge you to do that... I tried and AI cars just take another way to avoid the stopped car... with a lot of lucky I could stop two car for five seconds... the others cars all passed us (some even got out the track to manage that) and the two stopped cars did a little reverse and after that continue the race avoind me.
lol you can't do that in GT6... at least in Professional AI.
