Its a direct comparison from last gen no cloud. To this gen Cloud. The difference is phenominal. So yeah it was needed regarding the OP's question. Forza 5 proves at launch day it already makes a difference.

They are. Forza 4 and GT6 after playing Forza 5 is like driving behind a train. Wait wo ease to the left and that was easy. Its like driving against my grandma.
Change is good. And active real AI is one of my faveourite things in Forza 5. Its so much more real.
