It´s not that easy to develop a distributed program, service or app.
It will take time.
People that are proficient with that are in the MMO market. But it´s sure those people will bring their expertise to games with larger scope like: The Elders Scrolls, Fallout, Crackdown, GTA, Dead Rising, Horde Mode...
Expect it when people are enjoying Gaikai on PS4, by the way.
