PS4 was pourpose build to be easy to dev on and to cut dev costs, X86 freaking guarentees that over Cell which to this day ill say only ND can do wonders on.

graphic isnt cheap... 1080p costs a lot more then 480p or 720p.  x86 is nice, but next gen can do so much more. lighting isnt cheap too.

making a game will not get cheaper just because it runs on a supercharged midrange pc... the other cost will surge on next gen.

any proof of that other then its what you think?
