I've maybe seen 1-5 ever used copies of that game in the stores I go to. And the workers I talk to at Gamestop even have admitted (if memory serves me correctly) that Nintendo games usually don't get traded in like Sony/MS games do and that's why they don't have as many of them in stock at least at Gamestop. |
I think all these posts pretty much said what I was implying (more better than I could have said it infact). All I was implying was that Nintendo games don't get traded in as much as Sony/MS games do. And Nintendo doesn't drop their prices also adds to that fact since their games always sell reguardless of their price...
From my point of view, if a person has a high quality game, they will keep it for a really long time provided the quality of the game met the standards of the customer and if it didn't or if the person got bored of it or some other reason. If the person traded it in and get in store credit that usually means the customer sees no value in having the game any longer. And these games came out not too long ago. But since Nintendo games generally don't get traded in as often and have $60 price tag even a few years after release, it speaks to the quality and replayability of those games...
With that being said, I am not saying Sony/MS can't make high quality games by any means, The last of Us was on my top 10 favorite games of 2013. I was mainly referring to games like these which, imo, weren't good compared to others that have been released in 2013...
