What does this mean to the rest of the world?- China formally eases one-child policy

But solely based on the title... I think its good news cause being an only child is a bit scary imo, specially in china cause of all the responsibilities you have to have. Having a brother or a sister always helps in bad times (or makes things worse depending how he/she is)
