Ah I see now. The best idea would be trying moving there business overseas but them being in Japan means I can't see that happening. Well I guess there just going to have deal with losing millions or try change the laws to protect business over employers. Japan in debt and laws like this make there not thinking about the future. No wonder the Koreans are passing them by.
